Return/Exchange Policies

All the products have been checked and verified before being sent out. Therefore we do not accept any return in damage.

We apologize if there is any inconvenience caused.

a. Declare on Quality

All the pictures from our website are from actual items. Photo may slightly differs from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

b. Declare on Responsibility

Slightly running out of thread, color discoloration after washing, minor stain, drawing stain, button not sewn firmly, actual color different from screen's color and some other defections are strictly not refundable.

*Special Reminder:

◆ Clothes or garments are very subjective product, we do not refund in terms of any color dislike, color different, product dislike, clothes can see through, clothes too big/small, clothes not comfortable to wear and so on.

Under special circumstances, we may allow the return of goods sold. Please contact our customer service to know the reason in order to decide/approve on the item you wish to return. Any product that is not approved to return and has been sent back to us is not returnable/refundable.

Company's Rules: Due to small profit on garments wholesale, if there's returning on product, you are responsible for the postage. You can send by snail mail which cost you lesser. Please understand.
